What you choose to send
We collect your mobile number, optional email, name where requested, enquiry topic, postcode area where supplied and the answers entered in the enquiry form. Mobile syntax is checked, but this does not verify ownership or that the number belongs to a mobile subscriber. Do not send medical information, bank details, identification documents, private surveillance recordings or unrelated personal data.
Purpose and choice
We use submitted information to record and manage the enquiry and contact you about it. The required checkbox records your agreement to this contact and processing. It is not permission for unrelated marketing. You can withdraw that agreement using the contact form. We do not promise a response time, supplier, buyer, appointment or offer. We do not automatically pass enquiries to service suppliers.
Storage and access
Submitted enquiries are stored using Cloudflare D1. Authorised operator staff and service infrastructure process them for enquiry management and security. Technical metadata includes submission time, page, browser user-agent and country when available. We do not store the raw IP address in the lead record. Cloudflare may independently process network information for hosting and security. The operator is established in Belize and processing may involve international access; this notice does not claim UK establishment or regulatory certification.
Keeping and removing information
Enquiries remain stored while they are being managed or while a legitimate legal or recordkeeping need remains. No automatic expiry period is currently configured. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, restrict processing or withdraw consent via the contact page. We assess requests under applicable law; please give only enough detail to identify the enquiry, not identity documents or passwords.
Anonymous tools and cookies
The planning tools run in page memory and do not submit their answers unless you deliberately put them into an enquiry. Downloaded briefs are saved on your device. No advertising, analytics or nonessential cookie script is intentionally installed by this site. Hosting/security processing and normal server request logs still apply. Follow external links under the destination site’s policies.
